Carry out installations of equipment marketed by Antech, in accordance with the relevant manager and Sales specialist. Conduct regular field visits and provide support for any service and maintenance activities. Identify technical problems and resolve them in a timely manner. Provide explanations to customers on equipment use and maintenance procedures.

Work flexible hours, document and prepare reports on service work performed, via company CRM and other electronic media.

As a field service technician, ensures compliance with company standards and safety procedures at all times. Builds and sustains lasting business relationships with customers.

• Experience in Technical Services: 2 years.
• Education: Electronic, IT or Health Science.

• Provide assistance and support to customers during field visits.
• Link workflow to schedule.
• Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and testing activities.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine appropriate solutions.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Follow all company procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with the technical team and colleagues involved and share information within the organization.
• Understand customer needs and make appropriate recommendations / briefings.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Plan and conduct timely field visits.
• Identify and resolve any technical problems.
• Supervise site repair and installation work.
• Provide support to team members as and when required.
• Keep track of the progress of work and maintain records of the work.
• Review technical operations procedures and with proposed improvement measures.
• Maintain and update field automation systems.
• Provide explanations on the use of equipment as and when required.
• Respond to any questions from customers.
