As a Junior E-Key Account Amazon you will report to the E-commerce Manager. You realize your objectives and maintain close contact with both internal/external stakeholders. You set the right priorities to ensure that the established account plans are realized. You have substantiated these activations with an e-joint business plan (e-JBP). You anticipate the dynamics of the e-commerce channel, which is also how you give substance to your vision among the e-com stakeholders in the organization. You will be in touch with great brands in a fast growing company, one of the top players in the self-care market. You will join a small, close-knit and enthusiastic team in Italy and you will have the gold opportunity to work closely with our dynamic International e-commerce Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Italian portfolio of some iconic brands on Amazon in order to make them great!
- Manage the listing of new products and optimize existing ones for better customer experience on Amazon, following HQ and SEO best practice
- Keep abreast of Amazon policies and guidelines to ensure compliance and mitigate any potential risks
- Regularly analyze performance metrics and dive deep into the Amazon analytics such as sales, conversion rates etc. to make informed choices in achieving sales objectives
- Open cases with Amazon as needed
- Provide weekly/monthly performances reports
- Liaise and collaborate with other internal departments to resolve vendors issues and questions
- Stay up-to-date with trends and changes in Amazons algorithms, policies and compliance requirements and with the e-commerce landscape, industry trends, competitors and best practices
PROFILE
- 1-3 years’ experience managing Amazon Seller and Vendor accounts
- Knowledge of Brand Registry, Seller Central and Vendor Central, preferred in Healthcare or FMCG industry
- Bachelor or Master’s degree
- Familiar with policies and processes of Amazon
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in cross-functional teams with a collaborative attitude
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy
- Very good knowledge of Excel, PPT and Office
- Knowledge of Helium10 is a plus
