Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and heres how the Global Pricing – Price Certificates Analyst role will make an impact: Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end PC (price certificates) process.
    • Collaborates with pricing, regulatory, legal and other functions in global, regional and local markets to ensure that requests are properly received and processed along with signature, and legalization when needed.
    • Verifies prices in the certificates by using a two systems approach for accuracy.
    • Connects with local teams to manage all PC requirements and clarify all questions in PC requests such as formats, languages, MA holders, signatories, legalization bodies, etc.
    • Coordinates price certificate requests coming from external parties (contractual processes) within agreed timelines.
    • Responsible for tracking the status of PC requests and historical PC data storage in MyPC (Price Certificates process platform in Sharepoint) for review or audit purpose.
    • Maintains SOP and process map of the PC process as well as PC tracker file to completely incorporate various elements of requirements and/or specifications of all requesting and issuing countries.
    • Ensure seamless continuity of the PC process and coordination with the local teams, proactively addressing challenges and maintaining the integrity of the procedures.
  • Maintains and enhance MyPC to optimize entire PC workflow and to meet users’ needs.
  • Maintains list of official price websites for each country and registration details, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Ensures accuracy of prices and marketed status of products in Pricing System (MyIRP) by leading regular audit or via adhoc verification vs other sources.
  • Updates the latest MAH information for both legacy Mylan and legacy Upjohn products based on information extracted and rearranged from regulatory databases.
  • Provides local markets with regular and adhoc supports such as price verifications, evidences of prices in other markets and/or verification of reimbursement status, indication-related info or product specific attributes, supporting their local price revisions and/or IRP process.
  • Continues to improve the Price Certificates process by partnering with Regulatory, Legal, IT, vendors, and local markets.
  • Provides proper training of MyPC and PC workflow for new users or whenever needed.
The qualifications for this role are:
  • Very strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, mainly Excel.
  • High attention to details.
  • Project management and organization skills within various tasks with different priorities.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English is required
  • College degree in business or related major preferred
  • Experience on pricing, regulatory or related function, working with Middle East region or price certificates process would be a plus.
  • Good communication skill to work across multiple functional teams and markets.
