Angelini Pharma is looking for a brilliant candidate to fill the position as Brand Lead Thermacare.

The Brand Lead will work for Thermacare brand, directly reporting to the Business Unit Director.


YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES



In particular, he/she will be involved in:



  • define brand strategy and roadmap
  • ensure the current management of the brand and its life cycle
deliver the operating plan: the achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit, and return on investment define brand positioning and pricing through relevant analysis
  • assess market competition through sell-out, sales results and by comparing the companys brands to competitors brands
  • manage media plan and generate new projects in the digital environment, also by exploiting the potential of new media
  • develop the brand storytelling and communication tools
  • be responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities through researches and strategic planning
  • manage marketing expenses

WHO YOU ARE


  • degree in Economics. Further specialization in marketing and/or communication will be considered a plus
  • at least 7-8 years of previous experience as Product Manager in a pharmaceutical company;
  • OTC product management experience;
  • strong analytical skills;
  • autonomy and entrepreneurship;
good relational skills; good media and digital knowledge and skills;
  • excellent organizational skills;
  • fluent in English (C1)
