Sarai inserito nel team Quality & Risk interno e, tra le varie attività, potrai occuparti delle seguenti:

• attività di analisi e valutazione dei rischi interni alla società
• attività di progettazione e aggiornamento dei processi aziendali
• manutenzione di policy e procedure interne, anche al fine di garantire la compliance a regolamenti e norme delle quali sono destinatarie le società del Network KPMG

Riporterai direttamente al responsabile di funzione e ti interfaccerai con i referenti aziendali delle principali aree di compliance interna.

Per essere il candidato ideale non ti possono mancare:

• Laurea triennale/specialistica in materie giuridico/economiche.
• Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office.
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Devi essere una persona in grado di ispirare fiducia e guidare il cambiamento attraverso la propria motivazione ed entusiasmo, in grado di gestire lo stress e le proprie priorità con relativa autonomia.

You will be part of the internal Quality & Risk team and, among various activities, you will be able to take care of the following:

• Analysis and redesign of business processes
• Maintenance and updating of the integrated management system for compliance with regulations and standards applicable to KPMG Network companie
• Activities of internal risk analysis and evaluation

You will report directly to the function manager and interface with business contacts in the main areas of internal compliance.

To be the ideal candidate, you should have:

• A degree / Masters degree in Economics (Business focus).
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package
• Good knowledge of the English language, preferably supported by experience in studying and/or working abroad

You must be a person capable of inspiring trust and driving change through your own motivation and enthusiasm, able to manage stress and priorities with relative autonomy.
