Join us in our Key Account and Third Parties team and you will manage with full accountability the entire Mystery Shopper Process. The purpose of the job to manage the relationship with a third-party external agency to fulfil the overall consumer experience in direct and indirect channels. The role foresees constant alignment and sharing with internal Development Departments, in line with the business needs and objectives.


Specific responsibilities include:

MYSTERY VISITS PLANNING
Manage the full valuation process of the mystery visits by setting KPIs and other macro evaluation elements to be assessed during the visits.

MYSTERY EVALUATION ELEMENTS DEFINITION
Core accountability of the role is to align with Internal Stakeholder to define and design quarters Macro Focus Elements with full sharing and approval of strategic departments involved.
At the end of the process, its required to edit a full script as a test of what Mystery Shoppers will evaluate.

THIRD PARTIES EXTERNAL AGENCY BRIEFING
Monthly briefing with the external agency to clarify KPIs and ensure activity monitoring.

INTERNAL RESULTS SHARING
Provide customized reports with Final Mystery Visits Results by channel, to be shared with Sales Management Team and all key stakeholders involved in the process.

BUDGET MANAGEMENT
Mystery budget management, Purchase Orders creation, billing management.

INTERNAL USE VISITS
Collaboration with other departments to implement new activities (Audit for The Area, Proactive Advocacy, Activity on demand) and validate business strategies through internal use mystery visits.

INFORMATION SYSTEM TOOL INTEGRATION
Improve Mystery execution method with full management of an integration process and using approved tools. Full collaboration with external agencies and internal IT department .



Who we’re looking for:

• University Degree in Economics, Engineering or Scientific area
• At least2/3 years experiences in similar roles or consumer/retail experience roles in FMCG company
• Strong Analytical and Highly numeric skills
• Advanced excel and PowerPoint knowledge
• Strong communication skills & strong knowledge of consumers
• Good knowledge of PowerBI or similar tools
• Proven experience in managing external agencies
• Experience in using AI tools (e.g. copilot) and ability to apply innovation learnings
• Proven experience in analysing Voice of Consumer
• Good knowledge of English and Italian languages

What’s ‘nice to have’:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) might be a plus.

• Team player, positive attitude and willingness to share competencies
