IGrow has a total duration of 2 years, starting on 2 September 2024. During this period, you will spend 12 months in Italy and 12 months in Greece, immersing yourself in innovative projects and contributing to the development of integration initiatives between two countries.

The locations involved in the program will be Turin, Milan, Rome, Athens and Thessaloniki.

• IGrow will allow you to acquire the skills necessary to fill Project Manager roles, learning to manage the daily challenges of business and projects with a high strategic and innovation content;
• Thanks to the support of professionals and experts, we will guide you through a path that delves into the complexity of international development, preparing you to successfully manage projects between Italy and Greece;
• The geographical mobility between Italy and Greece represents the opportunity to grow professionally in the core business of an internationally extended Group.

• Degree in engineering, science, economics, finance or law obtained with excellent results;
• Degree obtained no more than three years ago or in the process of being obtained by March 2025;
• Availability for geographical mobility between Italy and Greece for the entire duration of the program;
• Orientation towards a transversal career;
• Previous internship or work experience;
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek language, with a minimum level of C1;
• Excellent knowledge of English;
• Availability for a full-time position from 2 September 2024;
• Digital mindset and analytical skills;
• Courage, curiosity, effective communication.
• Knowledge of the Italian language is a plus
