Role purpose

1) il Ruolo ha la responsabilità di contribuire in modo proattivo alla definizione dei piani di incentivazione del canale Outbound.

2)Supportare il team di vendita attraverso analisi e report funzionali agli obiettivi fissati.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership
  • Definizione del piano remunerativo del canale Outbound
  • Garanzia del rispetto delle procedure Sox nella stesura e invio delle PEC del canale Soho e SME.
  • Definizione e gestione di reportistica a supporto dell’attività di vendita di prodotti e servizi su canale Soho e SME.
  • Coordinamento sales forecast e supporto alle riunioni di canale
  • Interfaccia con altri team aziendali quali Channel Strategy, Finance, Finops, Marketing e go to sales per portare avanti progetti specifici e sviluppi su esistenti.

  • Forti capacità analitiche, spiccata capacità di analisi dei numeri con precisione e attenzione ai dettagli.
  • Approccio critico e capacità di problem solving

Must have technical / professional qualifications
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office e dei principali applicativi aziendali
