The Role of F&B Guest Relations Agent

Reporting to the F&B Guest Relations Ass. Manager or Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional welcoming experience to our Guests. Responsibilities will include coordinating Guest reservations and responding to inquiries, reviewing the reservations to organize the best table allocation. You will ensure you develop a complete knowledge of all menu items and daily specials, support the set-up of the room, maintain a station chart and cover count for the restaurant while recognizing capacities of our servers, prepare bills and ascertaining Guests’ satisfaction.

Our Ideal F&B Guest Relations Agent will have
High school diploma and six to twelve months of restaurant, food and beverage or equivalent experience is required. Previous experience in luxury hotels and/or fine dining restaurants or restaurant groups. International experience would represent an asset.

This position requires a working knowledge of the restaurant aspect of Four Seasons services, policies or operations and general knowledge of the hotel. Working knowledge is generally learned on the job. It also requires knowledge or the ability to operate computer equipment and the reservations system. You should have attention to detail, strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, the ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills, be a team player and bring your personal touch and energy to our guest experiences.

You must have fluency in English and Italian. A third European language would represent an advantage.

This position is based at the San Domenico Palace in Taormina and the contract is seasonal. The candidate must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy.
