Role purpose:

We are looking for a Tax specialist to be part of the VF IT Tax Team, supporting, in particular, the area of indirect taxes: VAT, Stamp and Register tax, TCG and local taxes

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
  • Assisting in the preparation of the annual VAT return and of the periodical VAT communications
  • Business partnering with all other functions on indirect tax matters
  • Supporting from an indirect tax perspective Company’s ERP implementation projects
  • Assisting in the management of local taxes assessments, even with filing of appeals tax courts of justice
  • Assisting in the preparation of the documentation for indirect taxes in case of tax audits
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

  • Familiar with excel
  • Fluent in English
  • 3-5 years experience on tax boutiques/in house

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
  • Problem solver
  • Team player
  • Willing to stretch her/his comfort zone
