    Mission
    Manage all the PR activities for Sephora Italia and its exclusive brands in order to ensure the correct editorial coverage through the coordination of suppliers, collaborators and agencies.


    Key Activities/Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the development and the management of a PR strategic platform for Sephora Italia
    • Responsible for managing the day by day activities with the PR agency (press releases, PR newsletters, product requests)
    • Responsible for managing the seeding calendar ensuring the correct execution and monitoring of the activity in cooperation with the PR agency and in synergy with the Digital PR seedings
    • Managing relationships with key opinion leaders (beauty directors and editors), internal stakeholders (E-Commerce team, CRM, Offer, HQ) and external (suppliers, collaborators, agencies)
    • Cooperates with the Digital PR Specialist to work in synergy on the main launches
    • Manages the organization of Sephora press days cooperating with the rest of the team
    • Cooperates with the team for the organization of PR activities, events and special projects
    • Elaborates of monthly and quarterly reports on PR activities with the PR agency


    Profile Requirements

    • 3 to 5 years of previews experience in similar roles
    • Strong knowledge of the Italian media landscape and extensive network in press environment (beauty is a plus)
    • Previews experience in events management
    • Monitoring tools knowledge
    • Fluent english
