Summary Il candidato verrà inserito all’interno del team RTW Purchasing Gucci e, a riporto dell’ Embrodery Purchasing Manager, dovrà seguire gli acquisti dei ricami, necessari per lo sviluppo del campionario e della produzione, garantendo la qualità e i timing previsti. Job Description Principali Responsabilità
  • Creazione dell’anagrafica ricamo
  • Relazione con ufficio Stile e con ufficio prodotto
  • Contatto con i fornitori
  • Monitoraggio delle spedizioni del materiale per il ricamo
  • Monitoraggio dello stato degli ordini
  • Controllo ricami in arrivo
  • Manutenzione degli strumenti di avanzamento collezioni
  • Valutazione dei fabbisogni derivanti dagli ordini di prodotto finito secondo logiche MRP
  • Inserimento ordini di acquisto/commesse di produzione verso fornitori e relativo invio materiali
  • Controllo degli stati d’avanzamento durante le fasi produttive
  • Sollecito ordini in ritardo e sollecito delle soluzioni di eventuali problematiche scaturite
  • Riprogrammazione delle consegne degli ordini per prodotti non conformi
  • Redazione statistiche e report su richiesta
  • Previsioni di consegna
  • Gestione contrattualistica
  • Supervisione aspetti contabili
Requisiti
  • Esperienza di 2-3 anni in ambito acquisti o in ambito sviluppo prodotto di brand del lusso
  • Conoscenza fornitori, prodotti, costi, processi produttivi
  • Ottima predisposizione al problem solving
  • Ottime doti relazionali
  • Formazione Tecnica o Laurea in materie economiche
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
