This position reports to

Marketing & Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate assigned aspects of a project. Each day, you will support in managing and executing the project by completing work packages as assigned. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project planning techniques on ongoing projects and driving the updating process. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Motion System Drives division in Sesto San Giovanni (MI) and you will be mainly accountable for: • Conducting analysis of planned versus actual project performance. • Preparing materials and assisting in project reviews. • Taking ownership of the maintenance and adherence to the billing plan milestones. • Controlling documentation accuracy and consistency based on tasks assigned and procedures agreed with the customer. • Working with other functions to coordinate contract negotiations and claims with customers. • Achieving project deliverables and compliance with contract requirements and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. • Ensures that a document control and communication process is available according to the projects scope and requirements. • Effectively communicates appropriate documentation updates to customer and other stakeholders in a timely manner and provide accurate progress reporting. • Deliver of final documentation to customer and with long term storage and archival of all relevant project documentation according to local unit instructions.

Qualifications for the role
  • Ability to demonstrate your experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules and vendors/subcontractors.
  • You have 2 years of experience in the same field (mandatory).
  • You are qualified in Excel, Office, Sap.
  • You are captivated by collaborative, solution-focused approach, and you have strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Degree in Engineering or Economy
  • You are at ease communicating in English and Italian both written and spoken.
