Lo Studio è alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire nel Dipartimento di Restructuring e Crisi dImpresa.

La nuova risorsa lavorerà a stretto contatto con il Partner di riferimento e si occuperà principalmente delle seguenti attività:

  • Gestione di liquidazioni giudiziali, concordati preventivi e in generale di strumenti di regolazione della crisi;
  • Assistenza legale e finanziaria a società in stato di crisi attraverso il ricorso a strumenti previsti dal CCII, quali ad esempio: composizione negoziata, accordi di ristrutturazione dei debiti, piani attestati di risanamento e concordati preventivi;
  • Analisi di bilancio e pianificazione;
  • Consulenze tecniche in materia societaria, contabile e bancaria.

Il candidato ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti:


  • Laurea in giurisprudenza/discipline economiche;
  • Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office (in particolare Excel);
  • Gradita conoscenza del programma applicativo Fallco;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
