Gruppo UNA ricerca un/una BOOKING AGENT che si occupi di:

  • Gestire le prenotazioni provenienti dai seguenti canali:
    • Telefono
    • Mail
    • Portali web
    • Tour Operator
    • Aziende
  • Effettuare costante upselling
  • Gestire attività di cross selling

Requisiti richiesti

Le candidature saranno valutate in base ai requisiti professionali, attitudinali ed organizzativi necessari per il ruolo ricercato:

  • doti di affidabilità, accuratezza, precisione e riservatezza;
  • attitudine al problem solving;
  • disponibilità a lavorare su turni;
  • conoscenza fluente della lingua Inglese sia scritta che parlata;
  • buona conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera;
  • capacità di lavoro in team e di gestione dello stress;
  • padronanza del pacchetto Office (Outlook, Word, Power Point ed Excel);
  • ottime capacità nella comunicazione scritta e telefonica;
  • spiccata attitudine alla relazione con differenti interlocutori.
