- Buona conoscenza di una seconda lingua (preferibilmente larabo, il russo o lo spagnolo)
- Interesse per la moda
- Flessibilità e capacità di adattamento
- Energia e resistenza di fronte a situazioni potenzialmente stressanti
- Diploma di Scuola Superiore e/o Universitario
