The Junior Accountant will work closely with the Accounting Manager to ensure to ensure adherence to deadlines and accurate records....

CRA-Carlo Ratti Associati Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior Accountant to join our team. The Junior Accountant will work closely with the Accounting Manager to ensure to ensure adherence to deadlines and accurate records. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including but not limited to:


  • Manage both domestic and international active and passive invoicing
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with tax deadlines (VAT settlement, Intrastat, recording adjustments and self-invoices).
  • Possess knowledge of adjustment entries and depreciation for financial statement data preparation is required
  • Handle the administrative aspects of the company, including shipments, travel organization, company cards, and cash management.
  • Maintain relationships with the tax consultant and external advisors.
  • Monitor receivables and payments.

Requirements:

– Experience in accounting, even if minimal

– Preferably, prior experience in a tax consultancy firm

– Good knowledge of Excel

– Proficiency in the English language
