We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).

what youll be doing
Your position: in order to support our business in Italy, Spain and Portugal, we are looking for an enthusiastic and analytical Junior Category Manager Southern Europe to join our marketing team. This role will report into the Category Manager Blini (Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Spain & Portugal) based in Paris and work closely with the local Benelux and Mediterranean key account and brand managers.
Your responsabilities:

• You’re the bridge between marketing and sales, by collecting and analysing a huge amount of data (shopper, consumer and customer data) to shape it into flawless category visions.

• You’re able to combine data with a strong gutfeel and understand how to build credible category stories.

• You’re a great speaker, able to convince fierce retailers through insight-based stories and take them onboard about your vision and objectives for the category.

• With your passion for and experience in FMCG you understand how to win in-store and how to convert more shoppers into buyers for the brand but also for the wider Chilled Juice category.

• You build the best long term action plan and strategy for each market to succeed in attracting new shoppers and driving bigger baskets.

• You’re a chameleon and can adapt your speech to various markets with different cultural environments (Italy, Spain, & Portugal).

• Strong analytical capabilities, comfortable with Excel
• Strong project management, being able to juggle between 3 countries (Italy, Spain, Portugal) and different points of contact
• Fluent in English and good level of Spanish or Italian
• Strong communication skills, enjoy customer contact and is comfortable using PowerPoint
• Demonstrate capability of autonomy & entrepreneurship
