What you’ll do:
- You will join the team of Online Innovation and Platform, in particular in the business Online.
- You will have the opportunity to be involved in the roadmaps definition for digital products and their delivery strategy, with the goal of building an ecosystem that fosters and stimulates the growth of online business. You will manage the backlog for platforms developed internally or externally. You have to lead the evolution of the services offered by the online channel, in collaboration with the business lines in their respective countries of competence, managing innovation flows aimed at introducing new technological solutions that accelerate the online business evolution.
Who you are:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- You have a University degree (preferably in engineering).
- You have good knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including online advertising, social media marketing, SEO, email marketing, and marketing metrics analysis. You have a knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies, the ability to manage complex projects successfully, a good communication and stakeholder management skills. Moreover, you have a great analytical and detail-oriented skills.
- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
- You are a technology passionate, knowing the main trends (Web3, Generative AI, Data Science) and understanding of digital technologies and online platforms, web and mobile applications, web architectures and APIs.
- You know how to communicate transparently and effectively to all interested parties, managing expectations and solving problems proactively. You know how to coordinate internal and external resources required for the project, including technical teams, ability to plan, coordinate and manage complex digital projects, taking into account budgets, timescales and available resources. You are able to use data and metrics to evaluate the progress of a project and identify areas for improvement. Ability to measure and understand the benefits that platforms and projects are bringing to the business.

- Previous experience in similar roles.
- Basic knowledge of Product Management.
