Sarai parte integrante della squadra IT Sistemi Informativi e supporterai gli utenti nella risoluzione di problematiche di tipo hardware e software.

Attività:

  • Creazione utenze, gruppi, account con l’utilizzo di Active Directory
  • Configurazione PC
  • Installazione e aggiornamento software
  • Coordinamento interventi con società IT esterna/fornitori

Requisiti:

  • Conoscenza di Active Directory
  • Comprovate competenze di troubleshooting
  • O365 Gestione account e funzionalità varie della suite
