For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join the Global Supply Chain team. Our team of professionals manage relationships with our suppliers and play a critical role in providing the latest and highest quality products to meet the demands of our customers and internal stakeholders. From continuously improving the supply chain process to procuring the best goods and services, the team aims to add value and provide the best solution. You will work in a truly fast-paced international environment in a businessconstantly evolving, with great empowerment and growth opportunities.Does the opportunity sound interesting to you? We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.Youll be in charge of:
  • Supporting the Demand Planning, Forecasting and Sales & Operations Planning processes
  • Supporting identifying and pursue process improvement opportunities
  • Analyze and monitor the KPIs, drive root causeanalysis and lead actions to get to costs/inventory target
  • Interacting with other departments, manufacturers and countryteams to driveefficiencies
  • Identifying key areas for business improvement along the key Supply Chain metrics (including costsavings opportunities, workingcapital impacts)
  • Supporting in strategic projects, including process improvements, business casesdesign and geographic expansion

You are the right person if you:
  • Have a Masters Degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics or similar
  • Have a good analytical skills and data analysis skills
  • Possess advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Speak English fluently and would like to work with multicultural teams
  • Flexibility, positive and proactive approach, ability to question conventional wisdom
  • Enjoy working with an energetic team made of amazing professionals
