What you will do:
As Technical Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining, implementing, and overseeing the integration methodologies, processes, and standards within our organization. You will be responsible for establishing a cohesive framework that ensures a homogeneus way of working for client operations processes and operations activities in the different regions, with the following key responsibilities:
- Develop and refine the system integration methodology to ensure compatibility, scalability, and efficiency across all systems and projects;
- Establish standardized processes for system integration, outlining step-by-step procedures and best practices to streamline operations and minimize errors;
- Define and enforce integration standards, protocols, and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality across the organizations systems and interfaces;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand integration needs, and implement solutions that align with organizational objectives;
- Create comprehensive documentation outlining integration methodologies, processes, and standards. Conduct training sessions to educate stakeholders on best practices and ensure compliance;
- Continuously evaluate and enhance integration methodologies based on industry trends, technological advancements, and feedback from stakeholders; Identify potential risks in processes and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
Who you are:
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree preferably in Engineering or Information Technology, with:
- Experience professional, with 10+ years of experience in system integration and consultancy roles;
- Experience in system integration projects within complex organizational structures;
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and their application in system integration projects;
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization;
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and drive initiatives forward;
- Certifications in project management or relevant technical certifications will be valued; Experience in energy sector is considered a plus.
