Job Description ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Maintain projects within the project management system and related systems
  • Developing accurate reports on ongoing projects (Status report, budget reconciliations etc etc.).
  • Run reports on ongoing basis
  • Create change orders
  • Review of the financial performance of projects
  • Liaising with Admin&Finance department for the review and approval of step of payment.
  • Archive documentation (both in paper and electronic) and maintain the related systems
  • eTMF and documentation management
  • Conduct other activities as required
PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management or other scientific disciplines
  • Advanced English knowledge
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Office based, Verona
  • Full-time, 6 months internship – possibility of hiring at the end of probation
