PTC is not actively hiring for this role, but always on the look out to grow the team with talented, enthusiastic, and career-minded individuals. Our sales organization works in the incredibly dynamic Internet of Things (IoT), CAD, PLM and AR space. Our current customer base includes a growing number of companies in a range of industries.

Many of the world’s largest manufacturing companies are entering this fast-paced space to create new revenue streams and offer greater visibility to how their specific products “live” in the real world. The sales team translates the product line value proposition into real-world business value.

Day-To-Day:

  • Perform sales calls at customer site in order to find new opportunities driving the full sales cycle from prospection to close
  • Accurately forecast sales
  • Deal with Partner Ecosystem (Resellers and System Integrators)
  • Deal with Internal Ecosystem (Matrix Organization – Channel, Sales Product Specialist, Technical community, and Customer Success Organization)

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

  • Excellent written & oral communication & listening skills in Italian and English
  • Excellent sales acumen and a disciplined hunter attitude
  • Strong resiliency with self-motivation and integrity
  • Proven ability to plan and execute effectively to meet business objectives
  • Experience working with the Manufacturing industry considered a strong plus

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Proven track record in sales or sales-related roles in a quota carrying capacity
