The GC Field Application Specialist carries out pre- and post-sales support activities in the sales process of analytical instruments.

In the role the FAS will:

  • carry out practical demonstrations on the use of the instrument at our Customer Knowledge Center (CKC) in Milan
  • support Sales Rep in visiting customers during the sales process in Italy
  • support Sales Rep in the definition phase of the technical quotation
  • prepare of relevant documents and/or analytical results to the tools for participation in tenders and public tenders
  • run customer facing activities (webinars, seminars…)
  • develop Application Notes
  • prepare and implement post-sales training for customers
