Your role:

As an HR Support Intern at Aptiv, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and be involved in various HR activities,. This internship will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of HR operations and help you develop essential skills for a successful career in Human Resources. In your daily work, you will :

• P lan and organize internal corporate events, such as team-building activities, town halls, and celebrations.

• Support the development and implementation of corporate communication initiatives, including employee newsletters, intranet content, and announcements.

• Assist in conducting training needs assessments and identifying skill gaps within the organization.

• Maintain and update databases related to employee information, training records, etc.

• Update & implement HR processes and policies

Your background:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field.

• Effective verbal and written communication abilities in Italian & English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Contract type : 6 months curricular Internship
