Per il nostro ufficio di Napoli stiamo cercando un/una Office Assistant che sarà responsabile di fornire i più alti standard di assistenza diretta e di supporto alla Leadership e ai componenti del Management Group.


Nello specifico ti occuperai di:


  • Corrispondenza telefonica e via mail;
  • Gestione agenda e interfaccia costante con tutti i livelli organizzativi;
  • Gestione rapporti istituzionali esterni;
  • Redazione di documenti, presentazioni, reportistica;
  • Preparazione e archiviazione dei documenti interni;
  • Gestione amministrativa nel rispetto delle policy;
  • Attività amministrative e di compliance legate alla contrattualistica;
  • Organizzazione e programmazione di meeting con clienti e interni;
  • Organizzazione viaggi;
  • Gestione del processo di controllo qualità, in conformità con le linee guida stabilite da KPMG;
  • Mantenere i massimi livelli di riservatezza interna ed esterna.

Per essere il candidato ideale non ti possono mancare:


  • Preferibile laurea o diploma;
  • Esperienza professionale nel ruolo (almeno 4 anni);
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
  • Ottime doti comunicative (scritte e orali);
  • Ottime capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo;
  • Ottime capacità di problem solving e multitasking.

For our office in Napoli, we are looking for a Office Assistant who will be responsible for providing the highest standards of direct assistance and support to the Leadership and members of the Management Group.


Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Telephone and email correspondence
  • Managing schedules and constant interaction with all organizational levels
  • Managing external institutional relationships
  • Drafting documents, presentations, and reports
  • Preparation and archiving of internal documents
  • Administrative management in compliance with policies
  • Administrative and compliance activities related to contracts
  • Organization and scheduling of meetings with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Travel organization
  • Quality control process management, in accordance with guidelines set by KPMG
  • Maintaining the highest levels of internal and external confidentiality

To be the ideal candidate, you should have:

  • Preferably a degree or diploma
  • Professional experience in the role (at least 2 years)
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
