Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Data Entry / Back Office altamente motivato/a e organizzato/a da inserire all'interno del team Sales & Operations....

Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Data Entry / Back Office altamente motivato/a e organizzato/a da inserire allinterno del team Sales & Operations. La persona selezionata supporterà i colleghi del team nella gestione delle attività commerciali e operative su gestione documentazione clienti e sviluppo progetti.

Responsabilità:

  • Inserimento accurato dei dati nel gestionale aziendale (Salesforce)
  • Supporto operativo nellaggiornamento e nella gestione dei contratti
  • Inserimento contenuti e gestione portale CVing.com
  • Compilazione e aggiornamento di file di reportistica
  • Supporto al cliente per raggiungere gli obiettivi di recruiting e nella definizione di strategie up/cross-selling

Requisiti:

  • Esperienza anche minima nella mansione di Data Entry e Back Office (non necessaria)
  • Conoscenza di Google Sheets/G-workspace/Drive
  • Requisito minimo: Diploma di maturità
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (nice to have)
