Qualifications

This Customer Service- Level 1 Posizione exists to ensure prompt, professional, and effective support for customers via phone. The role is essential to maintaining customer satisfaction, resolving issues efficiently, and representing the organization's values in every interaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer phone calls in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
• Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, and service requests.
• Process customer orders accurately in the system, ensuring all details are complete and correct.
• Resolve customer issues or complaints effectively or escalate them to the appropriate department.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM or relevant system.
• Follow up with customers on order status, backorders, and delivery timelines as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, warehouse, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Meet or exceed established performance metrics for call handling, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other related duties as assigned. Delegate duties as required.

Education and Experience

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a customer service, call center, or order entry role.
  Experience working with order management systems or customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of basic customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Skill in managing and processing customer orders accurately using Azienda systems.
• Ability to resolve issues calmly and effectively, even under pressure.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
