Selection communication & design is part of Perfetti Van Melle - a global confectionary Azienda and makers of global product brands.

We are currently seeking for a passionate and enthusiastic Account Assistant, who will support the Account team during the entire creative development cycle of brands design & communication projects, from brief to delivery; reporting to the Account Executive.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior account in the development and coordination of packaging, communication and below the line activities;
• Managing projects from development to completion including schedule creation, budgeting and invoicing;
• Support the team to handle multiple projects at the same time;
• Communicate with marketing departments in the execution of creative projects (presentation, revisions, approval);
• Participate to meetings, prepare reports documenting meeting discussion;
• Undertake administrative tasks.

Skill Required

• Degree in Marketing or Communication;
• At least 1 year experience in communication/packaging below the line agencies or marketing departments;
• Good organizational and time-management skills;
• Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook;
• Fluent in English.
