• You’ll have 13 promotions well-structured to climb the ladder

• The business will support the transition with full training and mentorship which allow you to aim for your Prima promotion in your Prima 6 months or less

What you’ll bring:

• The desire to work and live in Malta, being part of our international team (EU passport required)
• 1-5 years of Sales experience in any field, if B2B that’s a plus
• Full commitment to your career path, willing to smash targets and KPIs
• Great Communication skills
• Ambition to fuel a business that is expanding and make a real difference – if you want to become a top performer, or transition quick to be one of our leaders – we want to hear from you!
