On behalf of a fast-growing entrepreneurial Azienda operating in the digital and creator economy , we are seeking aChief Operating Officerwho will work closely with the Founder to support the operational management and continued development of the business.
The Azienda is a dynamic and rapidly expanding organization operating internationally in the areas of digital marketing, influencer marketing and branded content , with a highly scalable business model and a lean, performance-driven organizational structure.
The COO reporting directly to the Founder and Chairman will be responsible for leading and structuring the operational execution of the Azienda , ensuring that business growth is supported by processes, organization and management systems that are appropriate for the Azienda's stage of development.
The role will work in close partnership with the Founder and CEO , helping translate strategic direction into clear, measurable and sustainable operational objectives .
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations GovernanceThe COO will oversee and ensure the effectiveness of the Azienda's overall operations.In particular, the role will:ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization's day-to-day operationstranslate strategic priorities into clear and measurable operational plansdesign and implement scalable processes and organizational structures to support business growthsupport the evolution of the Azienda's structure as it progresses through different growth stages.Leadership Team CoordinationThe COO will act as the operational reference point for the management team.Key responsibilities include:overseeing and coordinating the activities of the Azienda's core functions (marketing, commercial, technology, operations, finance and people)defining and monitoring clear performance indicators for each areafostering strong alignment and collaboration across departments.Process and Performance ManagementAs the Azienda continues to scale, the COO will play a central role in strengthening its operational architecture.This includes:introducing and monitoring performance management systems based on clear KPIsimplementing structured and repeatable operational processesdeveloping reporting tools and dashboards to support data-driven decision making.Supporting Business Growth and ScalabilityThe COO will contribute directly to the Azienda's ability to sustain and manage rapid growth.Key areas of focus include:identifying and removing operational or organizational bottlenecksimproving process efficiency and operational effectivenesshelping build a managerial structure capable of supporting the Azienda's future scale.Management Cadence and Execution CultureThe role requires the ability to implement a management system that supports clarity, accountability and speed of execution .Key activities include:organizing and facilitating regular leadership meetingscontinuously monitoring Azienda performance metricspromoting a culture focused on results, ownership and continuous improvement.
Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will bring:strong experience in Operations, General Management or COO rolesa track record in entrepreneurial or high-growth environmentsexperience structuring and scaling organizationsstrong analytical mindset with a focus on KPIs, performance metrics and business economicsthe ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and evolving environmentsa pragmatic, hands-on and solution-oriented leadership styleexcellent cross-functional leadership and coordination skills.Experience in digital, marketing, media, technology platforms or other high-growth sectors will be considered a strong advantage.
Compensation PackageThe Azienda is open to evaluating both executives with a formal senior management (director) employment contract and highly experienced professionals operating as independent consultants, provided they demonstrate strong seniority and leadership capabilities.The indicative compensation structure includes:Base salary , depending on experiencea significant variable component , linked to Azienda growth and performance targetspotential long-term incentive (LTI) mechanisms
