Your opportunity
You will join the Learning & Talent HR Team and support in the development and roll-out of global learning and talent initiatives.
Job Description
How you will contribute

  • Support the team in the coordination and administration of learning programs, including workshops, virtual sessions, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Help in managing learning platforms and tools, ensuring accurate data, smooth user experience, and timely reporting.
  • Support the team in talent processes such as new hires onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and other development processes.
  • Provide general project and operational support to ensure learning and talent initiatives are delivered effectively and on time.
  • Support with the production of analyses, reports, and summary documents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across regions and cultures, gaining exposure to global ways of working.
Who you are
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, psychology or related disciplines and/or master’s degree in HR.
  • Passion about people management and people development.
  • English and Italian fluent speaker.
  • With expertise in Excel and Power Point.
  • A strong team player, able to coordinate different stakeholder and build strong relationship.
  • Analytical, organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills.
