MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Drafting and negotiating land and property agreements including drafting and reviewing purchase agreements, land lease agreements, conducting title searches, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with zoning/land-use laws.
Acting as interface to landowners, project developers, external law firmand notary publics
Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial related documentation including development agreements and letters of intent
Understanding of energy markets (e.g., solar, BESS),
Managing litigation, arbitration, and commercial claims related to project delays or contractual breaches.
Providing legal support to the technical and business development departments
Reviewing and assessing legal due diligence reports
Contract management
Coorporate
M&A transactions

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

EDUCATIONAL LEVEL:

Graduation in Law

Experience:

3-4 years post-graduation experience, working in-house or in private practice.

COMPETENCE AND SKILLS

Well-developed communication skills (including oral, written, and interpersonal skills) and the ability to liaise and negotiate with individuals in a variety of contexts are essential for this role.
Excellent knowledge of written and oral English
Experience of renewable energy projects in Italia
Spanish language skills are highly appreciated.
