About Us: We are a legal staffing company dedicated to connecting talented professionals with law firms across various specialties. We are currently seeking a bilingual receptionist to join our team.
Position Overview: As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and candidates. This role requires strong communication skills, tech savviness, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently.
- Manage and coordinate schedules using Calendly.
- Utilize RingCentral for communication and call management.
- Maintain and update records in Camplegal software.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual: Proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Customer Service Skills: A friendly and professional demeanor with the ability to handle inquiries effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.), Calendly, RingCentral, and Camplegal software.
- Experience with Immigration Law Firms: Previous experience in this field is a plus but not mandatory.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week.
- Compensation: $5 USD p/h.
