About the role
We are on the lookout for a committed and enthstic individual who loves being in service and connecting with people to join our team in a Full-Time Team Leader capacity at Wellington Airport.
Our Aelia Duty Free store, provides our customers with a range of duty free products and we are looking for people that have a genuine interest in helping customers shop for all their travel needs!
To be successful, you will need:
- An ability to engage with our customers and make every transaction magical
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work a 40 hour per week graveyard shift on a 11.00pm - 7.30am Friday to Tuesday pattern.
- Strong communication and exceptional presentation standards
- Commitment and accountability to ensure you and your team are
- To bring your higher self to work and show respect for others through your words and actions
