**Who we are looking for:**
We are looking for ongoing help from freelancers to support our auditing process that takes place within Woflows Menu Marketplace. Our QA Specialists will be responsible for reviewing other freelancers completed work to review for accuracy and adherence to our policies and standards for transcription.
*NOTE*: This is not a Software QA Testing job. This job specifically works with other freelancers in ensuring quality work is being completed by the freelancer.
The ideal QA specialist will become highly proficient using our transcription software (and quickly), have a high attention to detail, ability to work quickly while still focusing on quality, and a strong grasp of both written and verbal English.
Our software provides menu transcriptionists with an ideal workflow of how to transcribe data from menu source, into fully structured data for our clients. Specifically they will be using our custom software to transcribe restaurant menu data, from source (PDF, image, website) into data in our system. This will include correctly coding data into various fields, such as item title, description, price, price options, as well as other data.
This is a great opportunity for a freelancer that can work accurately and quickly to make good money doing this job, as we pay at a per-task rate. We want to reward freelancers that work hard and over time will look at ways to promote freelancers into quality review and manager positions for new hires.
