Would you like to be part of a Global Compliance team where you will get an important role in enabling the development of compliant business?

BG SAXO is a partnership between Banca Generali and Saxo Bank, providing clients with an advanced trading platform. The position, based in Milan, is a part of the Group Compliance European team where the Headquarter function is located in Denmark. The main task is to support the local business in developing business in Italy within the requirements of the Group and local regulators.

Responsibilities include, inter alia:

• Assistance with local regulatory communications and regulatory reporting
• Close liaison with Group Compliance and other European Compliance teams
• Maintain compliance risk assessments and activity plans
• Deliver on the activity plans (monitoring, advice memos, training etc.)
• Keep abreast of business and regulatory developments and advise on compliance
• Contribute to regular compliance/AML reporting to the CEO and to the BoD of BG SAXO
• Provide support to team members

Your profile

We are looking for a colleague with an open and positive attitude, a collaborative approach, and relevant experience in one or more relevant technical domains (Financial Crime, MiFID, MAR etc.). You will have at least 2-3 years’ experience within a Compliance or AML Function, either in a financial services environment or consulting company. You must be fluent in both English and Italian and have strong communication skills.
