Mejobby, agenzia per il lavoro 100% in cloud, con Autorizzazione Ministeriale n. 0000004.20-05-2021 ricerca per importante azienda commerciale di un/una Impiegato/a Customer Care, che si occuperà della gestione dei rapporti coi clienti. La risorsa sarà inserita allinterno di un team di 2 persone. Mansioni:
  • Inserimento degli ordini nel gestionale aziendale;
  • Supporto e assistenza ai clienti post-vendita;
  • Attività di supporto alla rete commerciale;
  • Emissione DDT e rapporto con i corrieri per verificare le consegne;
  • Partecipazione ad eventuali fiere di settore (1/2 volte lanno)
Requisiti:
  • Laurea o Diploma;
  • Esperienza, anche minima, in ruoli affini;
  • Conoscenza base della lingua Inglese;
  • Ottime capacità interpersonali;
  • Predisposizione al contatto con il pubblico
Inquadramento:
  • Iniziale contratto in somministrazione a scopo assuntivo direttamente in azienda;
  • CCNL Commercio full-time
