About the Company:
Mujia Limited trading as Colon Care Centre, provides drug-free and dignified colon hydrotherapy to promote optimal bowel function and overall wellbeing. We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Hydrotherapy Assistant to join our team. As a Hydrotherapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients on their wellness journey. You will provide essential support to our hydrotherapists and ensure that each client receives the highest level of care and comfort during their sessions. This is a permanent full-time role with an immediate start date. You will be paid at a reasonable market rate.
Key responsibility
- Assisting with colonic procedures: help set up and assist during colonic hydrotherapy sessions, ensuring clients are comfortable and all equipment is properly prepared.
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety: follow strict cleaning protocols to maintain a hygienic environment. Ensure safety measures are in place to protect both clients and staff, always adhering to health regulations.
- Customer service and consultations: offer professional and friendly customer service, answering questions and providing consultations when necessary to ensure clients feel informed and at ease.
- General administrative support: Handle daily office tasks, including scheduling client booking via phone and email, managing calendars, and responding to inquires in a timely and professional manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- New Zealand Level 4 or above qualification in health-related field.
- At least 3 years working experience in the health-related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly attitude under pressure.
- Passionate about human health and wellbeing.
Other details regarding the job:
- Working location: Kingsland, Auckland
- Hours 30- 45 hours per week
- Remuneration: Competitive market rates, with consideration of prior experience. Approximately $30-35 per hour
