Roles & Objectives

As an Intern you will be part of our Operations Customer Service for Philip Morris Italia and will be reporting to Manager Service Delivery. The position will be based in Roma.

In your role, you will join Operations Customer Service Team supporting subject matter experts in delivering business requirements, executing/documenting tests (on processes and systems) and run retrospective sessions.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Business Model
    • Track & Trace Reporting
    • Volumes by loading point calculation as per Distribution Contract in force to allow proper fleet allocation and ensure shipment execution
    • Adherence to loading slots analysis and reporting to increase on time pickup of goods at loading points
    • Support the execution of San Marino market shipments
    • Extra flexibility costs analysis and reporting as per contract in force
  • Systems
    • Log Rejection management to ensure correct data staging in PM Italy reporting suite
  • Portfolio
    • Stock returns management for retailers downgrade/seasonal closing
    • E2E management of Direct purchases for Brand Retail and Loyalty (events, visual merchandising, fair & events)
