Located in the popular Navigli district, Aethos Milan is part boutique hotel, part soulful culinary destination. Our 32 refreshingly hip rooms and suites invite guests to experience Italy’s most vibrant city in a space as warm as a second home.

ZAÏA is a new experience for Milan, a restaurant that draws its influences from diversified Mediterranean cuisines. An addition to the citys expansive restaurant landscape. We take our guests on a journey, always friendly and never distant in all our F&B outlets. The Aethos chefs bring international inspiration to classic Italian cooking and our mixologists take your tastebuds for a spin.

The Essence of the Role:

• Culinary Apprentice: Have you ever felt the thrill of learning something new and exciting? Get ready to experience that excitement every day. As our Kitchen Commis, youll be the eager apprentice, soaking up knowledge and skills from our experienced chefs like a sponge, and putting them into practice as you assist with various tasks in the kitchen.
• Prep Prodigy: Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the nitty-gritty of kitchen prep? From peeling vegetables to portioning ingredients to assisting with mise en place, youll be the backbone of our kitchen, ensuring that everything is ready to go when service begins.
• Team Player: Do you thrive in a collaborative environment where everyone works together towards a common goal? Then youll feel right at home in our kitchen, where teamwork is the key to success. Whether its jumping in to help a fellow commis or offering support to a chef de partie, youll be an integral part of our culinary team.
• Quality Control Apprentice: Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for perfection? Then youll be our quality control apprentice, assisting with the final touches on dishes and ensuring that they meet our exacting standards of taste, texture, and presentation.
