Campari IT is organized around Global & Regional/Local layers, the Enterprise Architecture & Technology team, the Global Service Delivery Team and five Center of Expertise (CoE) – Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance & HR & Legal - Governance and PMO, Business Development and Cyber Security.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE

The Global IT Specialist Budget and Performance Optimization is part of the Governance team and is in charge of supporting the Group IT budget process and monitoring and optimizing the IT Spending (both at Group and Region/ Local level).

S/he is also responsible for supporting the Purchase Cycle Management at Group level (SOW verification in collaboration with IT Vendor Management, Purchase Request issue, Good Receipt management).

Key Activities & Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Group IT Budget Management Process (CAPEX /OPEX) in collaboration with the Global IT Lead Budget and Performance Optimization (Budget / Forecast)
• Monitor the IT Spending (CAPEX/ OPEX Budget Execution) and support the Group IT Monthly/ Yearly Closure in collaboration with Finance
• Support the IT Spending optimization in collaboration with IT Projects Managers
• Support the IT Purchase Cycle Management (centralized model): SOW verification in collaboration with IT Vendor Management, PR issue, GR management
• Support the definition of the Intercompany Recharge Model in collaboration with Finance
• Create & maintain a CIO Dashboard for Cost Monitoring - including main KPIs (e.g. TCO, IT Insourcing level)

Experience & Education

• University degree (Economics or Management Engineering)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles or governance teams
• Fluent both in Italian and in English (written and spoken)
• Experience on IT Projects

• Knowledge of IT Budget Management
• Knowledge of Purchase Cycle (Offer Management/ Purchase Order/ Good Receipt)
• Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) & IT Projects
• Highly motivated to achieve the assigned goals
