Posizione:

NETtoWORK (www.nettowork.it), azienda leader nella ricerca e selezione del personale, è alla ricerca di un Headhunter.

Dopo unadeguata formazione, la risorsa si occuperà della gestione trasversale del rapporto con i clienti, svolgendo le seguenti mansioni:

  • Supporto inbound/outbound alla clientela per un ottimale utilizzo del nostro software di ricerca e selezione del personale
  • Supporto alla clientela nelle attività di scouting e screening delle candidature in risposta agli annunci di lavoro (head hunter support)
  • Aggiornamento costante del CRM (customer relationship management)
  • Assistenza al nostro team commerciale nella gestione delle attività quotidiane

Requisiti:

Requisiti:

  • Diploma o laurea
  • Capacità di organizzazione e propensione allascolto
  • Predisposizione al contatto con il cliente, principalmente via telefono e mail
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office
  • Ottima dialettica e marcata empatia
  • Forte orientamento al raggiungimento di target quantitativi e qualitativi
