Description

In the role of Founders Associate, your collaboration with the co-founder & CEO will be integral in steering strategic projects toward desired outcomes, contributing to the sustained progress of TrueLayer. You will assist in handling high-priority projects and tasks, provide insights and recommendations, and assist in preparing high-quality reports, papers, and presentations.

This role is ideal for a versatile and ambitious generalist who is adept at handling a variety of responsibilities and can serve as a strategic support to the CEO.

What we expect from you as a Founders Associate:

• Work closely with the CEO and executives to develop strategic initiatives and implement the companys vision for growth and expansion in the global A2A payments space.
• Act as a thought partner and sounding board for the CEO, providing insights and recommendations based on thorough data analysis and research.
• Handle high-priority projects and tasks as set by the CEO, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Assist the CEO in preparing well-produced reports, presentations, and papers that effectively communicate strategic insights and recommendations.
• Manage and mobilise TrueLayers advisory board, facilitating productive meetings and relationships with relevant stakeholders and ensuring alignment with the companys strategic goals.
• Partner with the CEO on go-to-market (GTM) strategies, bridging gaps and ensuring alignment with the overall strategic vision.
• Enable the CEO to be the best version of themselves by providing support and assistance in various capacities.
