General Description of the Role

As a Global POSM & Merchandising Intern, you will support the Global POSM team in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Point of Sales Material (POSM) management across the Campari Group and our main brands. Your role will involve the implementation of a global POSM strategy, ensuring smooth management, and contributing to the development of catalogues and development of materials and prototypes. This project focuses on improving the POS material value chain from demand planning to distribution. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is dynamic, creative, and looking to gain international experience in project management and marketing within a global organization. Key Responsibilities and Activities

Support the team as a key reference point from an operational standpoint for:

• Assist in creating the POSM Global Catalogues development by gathering inputs from local markets and managing the creative development and sampling phases.
• Analysis of the Global PoSM catalogue selling data with a critical mind to improve our PoSM offer.
• Contribute to the extension of the Aperol Spritz merchandising range, including agency selection, creative development, and materials scouting.
• Support the shooting of videos and pictures for new global catalogue items and merchandising ranges.
• Develop and implement a communication plan to promote the projects internally through newsletters, videos, and internal social media platforms like Yammer.
• Coordinate regular meetings with partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and deadlines.

Internal: Global Channel and Customer Marketing, Global Strategic Marketing Team, Local Marketing and Channel and Customer Marketing Teams (worldwide), Global Procurement, Finance departments , Group Legal Team, Group IT , Group HR

External: POSM Suppliers, Marketing Agencies, Production companies

Education / Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Fluent in English, other languages a plus
