Nicoli Trasporti Spedizioni Spa ricerca un/una CUSTOMER SERVICE per la sede di Albino.


Il/La candidato/a, rispondendo direttamente al responsabile commerciale, dovrà gestire il rapporto con il cliente in termini di ricezione ordine, evasione e comunicazione di eventuali problematiche.

In particolare il/la candidato/a avrà i seguenti compiti (dopo un adeguato periodo di formazione):

  • Interfacciarsi con i clienti per risoluzione problematiche operative;
  • Preparazioni di listini e quotazioni per clienti;
  • Produzione di report e analisi a carattere commerciale;
  • Organizzazione delle riunioni periodiche per la presentazione dei risultati;
  • Buona conoscenza di Office, in particolare degli applicativi Word ed Excel;
  • Preferibile, seppur breve, esperienza in aziende di trasporto.

Completano il profilo le seguenti soft skills: spiccate doti comunicative e organizzative, buone

capacità relazioni, ottima predisposizione al lavoro in team e ottime capacità di gestione dello stress.
