Per la nostra Direzione Generale a Milano (zona Maciachini M3), stiamo selezionando una risorsa da inserire nel ruolo di:

STAGE TALENT ACQUISITION

Team e Ruolo:

Entrerai a far parte del nostro team, avrai la possibilità di vivere unesperienza estremamente formativa, lavorando in affiancamento al tuo tutor di riferimento.

Acquisirai nuove competenze e crescerai allinterno della squadra, occupandoti di:

  • Stesura di annunci di lavoro efficaci;
  • Pubblicazione degli annunci sui canali di reclutamento;
  • Screening dei cv;
  • Colloqui online e in presenza;
  • Preparazione di dossier e presentazione dei candidati per opportunità interne ad Etjca

Sei la risorsa ideale se hai i seguenti requisiti:

  • Laurea in Risorse Umane o in materie Giuridiche / Umanistiche;
  • Esperienza pregressa, anche minima, nella selezione del personale o nel Talent Acquisition;
  • Ottimo utilizzo del computer e del pacchetto Office;
  • Gradita la conoscenza di Linkedin Recruiter
