Experteer Overview

In this role, you drive growth and profitability for Sandvik's Parts & Services portfolio across SEMEC. You collaborate with Territory P&S teams, Product Lines and stakeholders to shape portfolio strategy and capture opportunities that boost customer value and market Posizione. You translate market intelligence into actionable plans, align initiatives with business goals, and support cross-functional execution. A core focus is delivering seamless customer experiences through omni-channel initiatives while advancing warranty, inventory, and service operations. This role offers international collaboration and the opportunity to influence future offerings in a dynamic market.

Retribuzione / Benefits

• Partner with Territory P&S teams and stakeholders to identify customer needs and propose value‑driven solutions
• Maintain deep knowledge of P&S portfolios, market trends and competitive solutions to inform commercial decisions
• Capture and communicate customer insights and market intelligence to Product Line teams to influence portfolio development
• Execute portfolio and product strategies across the Sales Area ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business goals
• Act as a trusted advisor on P&S products and solutions for customer engagements and sales opportunities
• Drive warranty programs and continuous improvement initiatives across the Sales Area
• Lead inventory optimization initiatives balancing working capital and readiness for fleet growth and new installations
• Promote and accelerate the Omni-channel business model for integrated customer experiences across digital and traditional channels
• Lead or support strategic P&S projects across the Sales Area, coordinating stakeholders and delivering measurable improvements

Responsabilità

• Collaborative and proactive mindset with ability to influence across a matrix organization
• Comprehensive knowledge of Parts & Services businesses, aftermarket operations, portfolio management and customer value creation
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills with multitasking capability
• Strong English communication and presentation skills;
  additional languages are advantageous
• Experience working across functions, cultures, and geographies in an international environment
• Knowledge of warranty management, inventory optimization, service operations or aftermarket business models
• Degree in Engineering, Mining, Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in mining, construction, heavy equipment, industrial services or related industries
• Willingness to be based in SEMEC Localitàs (Spagna, Francia, Italia, Serbia, Türkiye or Kazakhstan) and to travel within the Sales Area
