Deploying and leading the CI (Continuous Improvement) service offering and owning the CI program for the customer, aiming achievement of cost and cash savings in KNIL customer’s supply chain. Leading business case development, providing status updates on CI program to Business Manager / customer, ensuring achievement of savings targets. Following approach to savings idea generation, validation and implementation based on KNIL experience and tailoring it to the specifics of the customer, as well as enrichment of the approach based on own best practices How you create impact
Identification of customer’s supply chain inefficiencies and driving business cases
Monitoring optimization project status, escalations in case of slow / lack of progress, definition of priorities, alignment on focus areas and resources
Eliminating barriers on the way to implement savings projects
Structural supply chain mapping / understanding of customer’s business end-to-end
Value stream mapping
Loss analysis, identification of strategic savings areas (cost / cash)
Business case development
Alignment on savings targets with the customer and Business Manager (value and timelines)
Ensuring sufficiency of resources, priorities in alignment with Business Manager
Alignment on approach to savings calculation, tracking, reporting with customer / Business Manager
Organizing savings tracker – underlying working files and visualization in Tableau dashboard (e.g. customizing IL CI standard templates, Corp CI Tracker)
Setting up regular internal / external meetings to provide update on savings program status (e.g. QBR/MBR or dedicated CI meetings)
Ensure ideas/pre pipeline will be transformed into projects

As an IT Expert, you will join our dynamic Contract Logistics Information Systems team, where you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our logistics systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, quality testing, business analysis, and driving process improvements across various implementation and operational support activities. You will provide operational and post-implementation support for Contract Logistics Information Systems, ensuring smooth system performance and issue resolution.
You will lead and support system implementations, including customer onboarding, configuration of environments, and go-live/hypercare activities.
You will coordinate release management and execute integration testing to ensure system stability and functionality.
You will conduct user training sessions and maintain internal knowledge bases to support system adoption and continuous learning.
You will collaborate with corporate teams and subject matter experts to drive compliance, improvement projects, and local system enhancements.
You will analyze and optimize existing operational processes, leveraging new functionalities and integration methods (e.g., EDI, replication, application-to-application).
You will manage ticketing systems, follow up on assigned issues, and generate analytical reports based on operational needs.
You will support hardware and system setup, including barcode printers and label printing, within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
What we would like you to bring
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Logistics, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support or logistics systems
Solid understanding of BY WMS & Moca Programming, as well as ERP/MRP/CRM/WMS systems
Experience with databases and advanced Excel skills
Knowledge of SQL
Strong communication, analytical skills and attention to detail
Experience in software testing and quality assurance
Fluent in written and spoken English and Italian
